job extravaganza: the sequal
All you fantastic people not in school: we notice a difference and its wierd for us too. There are SO many people in our program now that I don't know. I feel like a wierd, way older minority group.
On another note, I also went job crazy -- last monday I moved back, went to Oakville Place, handed out a dozen resumes, then had many interviews over the next few days. The Source manager really loved me, and I was just waiting for them to check my references, but then at an interview for a jewellery place called Freyja the girl offered me the job right then and there. Technology with uniform, or jewellery with "professional" dress code?
I took the Freyja job, and had my first 3 hours of training today. Its much more laid back than selling gadgets for commission, thats for sure, although some people think the kiosk is an information stand.
