I love training people. Its reassuring that my boss believes I am doing well enough to teach someone else how things work around here. Plus it gives me some more responsibility. Plus it puts the notes I spent soooo long creating, into some good use. The lady I'm training is doing really well for her first day and I am looking forward to being able to teach her as much as I can so I can advance as well. :D
