I walked out of a concert

First time ever. I'm so pissed, don't even know where to begin.

First - parking. We paid $30 for parking at Gillette Stadium, HOLY SHIT. Ok fine, i guess that's the norm for there, whatever...moving on.

We get in, and find general admission - the floor. We start to work our way up....and bam, there's a fence. What's that you say? never seen a fence in the middle of the freaking floor before? neither had we! apparantly, you had to have SPECIAL general admission to get past the fence. They only let the first so many people in the "gated area". The worst part? IT WAS EMPTY! no joke! From anywhere else in the stadium, it looked like a small crowd around the stage, and the rest of the people seemed to be standing back away from Green Day - except it wasn't on purpose, we were being held back! The band had to notice this, yet did nothing. They even called in for people to fill in some circle up front...uh, sorry, we can't billie joe!

All of the poeple that would have moshed and had a good time were behind theh fence - and kept getting thrown out left and right for "causing a ruckus" no joke- and "being a wiseass!" - this is a CONCERT PEOPLE! you MOVE. They should have just had freaking seats if they didn't want us dancing.

Oh, and then security kept taking it upon themselves to not only man handle people and throw them out for jumping up and down, but to stand on our little barricade so we couldn't see - yea, thanks guys.

Laura hon - we so need to join rants. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt with Warner Bros - but man, they HAD to see the fence..and i love Steve's quote "there are no fences in punk!" - this was just utter bullshit. Worst concert ever. So sad.
