In Montana, a policeman will pull you over because he’s lonely.

China was fabulous. the people there are very sweet and interesting. the architecture is breathtaking. We did a lot of stuff while we were there, but mostly toursity stuff and hanging out with students. I even played a little cricket with some pakistanis. I'm not too bad even though i play like im swinging a baseball bat--im effective, but it may be illegal to hit it that way... they never said. I want to go back for the 2008 Olympics. My plan is to create a research proposal and go back from jan 08-aug 08 and be there during the olympics and then either go to law school or work or go on a mission in sep. depends on how the next 1.5 yrs go. if i don't get the grant money, though, i'll probably go on a mission.

Life is going well. I'm working 40hrs/week at Success Mortgage Partners answering the phone and playing on the internet. I occasionally study for the LSAT too. Yes, I think I may be going to law school. Hopefully I get a good score and can go to Standford or something. But if I get into Stanford, I'll probably get money from U of M and it will be hard to turn down money... 45k in debt vs 105k in debt is a big difference. Well, I'll cross that bridge when I come to it!!

It's weird seeing people that you haven't seen in a year or more. You're like hey, how are you, what are you studying, blah blah. It's like the same convo over and over again everytime you see some old friend that you don't talk to anymore.

I think that all traffic lights should be motion sensored. It would be so much better for when you're sitting at a light that is busy during rush hour but dead at like 10pm on a thursday night. I'm seriously calling my city councilman right now. Heck, I'll even run for it.

Lately I've been watching Veronica Mars. It's a good show and I reccommend it to anyone. I have the 1st season on DVD (a bit of an impulse buy) so you can borrow it. Seriously borrow it so I can get some reading done.

Lately I've also been doing pilates. I like it. I'm not flexible at all, but it's kind of fun. and i can definately feel it too.

I had some more funny thoughts, but i always think about things i could write in lj that would be more interesting than i went to work this week, but then i never do. i totally forgot about lj for a few weeks too.
