(no subject)
I've been telling my family that all I want for Christmas (besides my super-fancy ice cream machine) are book off my Chapters wishlist.
I hope they take me seriously because I may have just run out of books.
Ok, that won't ever happen but having just gobbled up the last three Temeraire books in about two weeks (as well as a couple of others) it's hard to please my jaded palate.
If I've made a book post since last May I haven't tagged it. Crap. I've lost track of everything I've read and I really wanted to see how many books I read this year. A partial list, sans authors:
In Youth titles:

I'm sure there are way more I've forgotten. Lately I tend to have two going at a time: one real book and an ebook on my iPod. I'm reading so much more thanks to the Pod. I can snatch a page here or there and I can read the text at night without my glasses. Sometimes the formatting is off and that can be jarring but on the whole it's worth it.
