looking for a job in customer service or tech support
hi, im an anglophone born and raised in montreal and i have a working knowlegde of french. i worked at walmart for 3 years in the ladies department and i was dismissed 2 months ago and i am now looking for a job in customer service or tech support. i have experience working in online customer service at caxem inc in 2005 and i have wored as a telephone interviewer at opinionsearch, mba recherche and saine marketing . i would like a customer service job or a tech support job . as for the tech support job how much do you need to know about computers i only have limited knowledge of computers. do they train you on the job or do you need knowlegde at the time of applying for the job. does anone know anywhere who is hiring in customer service or tech support jobs where you only need limited french?
