weddings and birthdays
Weddings are said to be highly rated, but I beg to differ. I persoally feel that weddings are those awww type of events. Its even better if the person is married in church, I think its the setting that makes it even more meaningful. I think the best part is when the father walks his daughter down the aisle, and then handing her hand to his future or now called son in law. So damn touching, always manages to tweak my heart.
So to the main point it was my darling cousin / god brother's wedding. I think this means so much to me, my favorite cousin, the one who always taught me great things in life, supporting my whole family when daddy left us. Basically he is like my trustee. The one that I know I can look up to. Mr Mathhew Low. Having seen our my cousins getting married, the process of having this event is a major huge arse haul tedious thing. A day before the wedding, I was roped into wrapping 200 individual fruit cakes. Kill me now. Well even so, the best part is nibbling on those lucious cakes, chomping them down while I hum to myself as I wrap them in those silver foils. Yummmy :) The wedding was great, Mat hired this band that sang througout the wedding, pretty shit arse good. Its hilarious especially all those above the age 40 was so hyped out and were like singing with the band.
Heading to Mat's place in the moring, so what do you get home made bird nests for breakfast to freshen us up!
