In truth, it is difficult to say. There is very little that can be considered set in this place. I do not doubt it is something genuine, rather than a simple attempt at baiting us. The references alluded to Christian Occultism, but with the mix of cultures here even that cannot be followed upon.

I expect it may require some waiting. Of course, that would mean some of our number being sacrificed, which I would sooner avoid. However, slimming possible victims down to 'ten hearts' is difficult with so little information, even if we would perhaps have a better chance at working out the others.
