Title: Tag (2/?)
Pairing: Kurt/Puck
Rating: PG (As of right now, not sure about other chapters)
Spoilers: None that I can think of
Summary: Who doesn't love a good game of tag? And who doesn't love playing tag with post-it notes?
A/N: It's short but I thought it was a good place to stop for this part!
Part 1 Kurt mindlessly flipped through his textbook. He hated history class and decided that it wasn’t really worth his time. He wasn’t even sure why he was wasting his time looking at his textbook. That was until he found a post-it note on one of the pages.
I would, but my boyfriend has other things in mind
Kurt couldn’t stop the blush that that was slowly spreading. Puck had called him his boyfriend and in a place where anyone could see it. Which brought up the question of how did Puck even get the note in his textbook. Kurt knew Puck was smart but he didn’t think Puck was this smart.
Kurt closed his textbook and pulled out the pad of post-it notes he had found in his locker earlier that morning. It takes him about a minute or so before he starts writing his response on the top post-it. So, the easy part was over. Now all that was left was finding a place to put it where Puck would see it but wouldn’t see him put it there. This was going to be hard.
~~~---~~~
Kurt was wrong. It was easier to place the post-it then he thought it would be. It made him wonder if Puck was letting him get away with it on purpose. That was probably the case because there was no way that it was chance that Puck “forgot” his guitar at Kurt’s house. Puck never forgot his guitar case. When he had it, it was attached to him at all times. Kurt understood that Puck was doing it because he wanted the game to go on but that didn’t mean that Kurt wasn’t offended that Puck didn’t think he could play the game on his own and he was going to prove it.
Step one, don’t hide the note when he was sure Puck was expecting him to. Step two, hide the note in plain sight while Puck would least expect him to. Step three, win the game. Three steps would be all it took for Kurt, to not only win the game, but to also out smart Puck, which was something Kurt never thought he would have to do.
