Just a few more minutes before the new year. More likely than not, it'll be 2006 by the time I hit "Update Journal." I decided I'd mark the occasion with a post, despite the fact I don't give a damn about New Year's.
I've never actually posted on New Year's Eve. I went scrolling through my archives to see if I could do a "I was doing such-and-such way back in that-year," but I can't! There was no post. I wouldn't be able to do a post concerning what I had been up to, anyway, because my posts are usually just a string of rambling sentences as opposed to an actual review of important events in my life. Here's something to mix it up, though, in the spirit of the evening.
- I became a volunteer at the RFBD
- Continued the perfect high school record, to make 30-0 for lacrosse games total [16-0 for the season]
- Re-made Wind Ensemble and Orchestra
- Elected to president of the GSA
- Participated in Camp IF
- Participated in the Peak Goalie Camp
- Saw Amber Benson in person
I also developed the habit of only making about two entries per month, though I can't quite qualify that as an important event.
I got bored and wandered away when I was half-way through writing this, such that it's now 1:01 AM. Happy 2006, everyone. Wish me a good one, right?
