Uploading CDs is good, but it makes for massive amounts of boring nothing time. So I shall update!
So some of you heard my ranty bit about prom, but as it is still getting to me I shall rant a bit more. So yesterday my sister, my mom, and I were having a convo about how much money I get for prom, and my sister goes "She shouldn’t get any money because she's not really going." I was like “hell no, I am so going!”. And she goes "well it's not like you’re going with a real date so it doesn’t count." Grrr she is quite irritating. Needless to say my mom sided with me that it is quite real, and that she would be giving me some money, and all was generally good from there on. But still.
End ranty bit. However, I do so wish to go shopping this week for a dress for the V-Day shindig. I have plenty of dresses, but they are decidedly inappropriate and so I feel I should make an effort to look the part a tad more. Perhaps Friday night, as I have no other plans. You guys know you want to come with, right? *pouts* : P
On an awesome note, did singing/starbucks outing after lit mag! Driving around with Manji and Jon singing Children of Eden is one of the best ways to end a really tedious day. The hot chocolate is an added bonus.
And I wake up and I ask myself what state I'm in
And I say well I'm lucky, cause I am like East Berlin
I had this wall and what I knew of the free world
Was that I could see their fireworks
And I could hear their radio
And I thought that if we met, I would only start confessing
And they'd know that I was scared
They'd would know that I was guessing...
