Fish Are Friends, Not Food

I just got back from the Georgia Aquarium, the world's largest. All I have to say is WOW! You all need to come visit me this summer so that I can take you. It truly is the most amazing aquarium I have ever experienced. The two highlights are the 5 Beluga whales and 2 whale sharks (Ralph and Norton). You can view the whale sharks through a glass tunnel, where they swim over you, or the large acrylic viewing theatre. Yes, theater. The acrylic window is as large, if not larger, than a movie screen. They have stadium seating where you can sit and watch for hours. There are also viewing bubbles where you can pop your head in and see the fish swimming all around you, including a school of pirhanas. In the freshwater exhibit, there is an overhead river full of 3 feet long catfish and other fish. There are sea otters, sea lions, and penguins. In another section, you can touch stingrays, sharks, shrimp, hermit crabs, and horseshoe crabs. They have piped in music and sounds to match the exhibits (can we say Disney?). They have Dorys and Nemos (aka tangs and clown fish). So y'all come down to visit now, ya hear?
