heh, that's postable? drove across the canadian border in my own car.
2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
i don't make resolutions, generally, because i suck so bad at keeping them. but here is one for next year: i will not be living in oneonta next december. it is past time to move on.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
just my dad's friend who fishsat for me once. (well, his wife.)
4. Did anyone close to you die?
no, but too many people close to me lost people.
5. What countries did you visit?
canada. (BOBO REPRESENT!!!)
6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you didn't have in 2004?
less credit-card debt.

may 5, the night i somehow managed to walk into the autumn cafe and met josh
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
surviving.
9. What was your biggest failure?
i'm still in the big o. other than that, i don't know what i could have done differently, so i hesitate to call it a failure.
10. Did you suffer any illness or injury?
nothing noteworthy. broke my car, but i was okay. i have a scar on my foot from a bug bite that kept rubbing up against my shoe in toronto, and it isn't going away. it's kind of cute though, and heart-shaped.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
twee.
did i get the futon this year? if so, the futon.

my posse.

rent and the electricity bill. and eating out.

moving across the country which didn't happen yet. my trip to sf and my trips to canada and my upcoming trip to florida after christmas.

i turned 23. the night before, i saw the stage adaptation of flaming iguanas and ate sushi. the day of, we tried to motorcycle up to the redwoods, but it was raining in marin county (but not SF). i believe we went museuming. and then i slept through dinner. and then i had a box of platypus dumped on my head.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
figuring out what i want to do with my life. oh well.

the "i don't give a flying fuck" look.
