having similar problems over here. my son is wailing loudly that he doesn't want to sleep and i'm wearing headphones, which aren't quite blocking the noise out.

wouldn't shooting them or their stereo be a better solution? you're not the annoying party here!

If I start blaring my stereo when I wake up (6 am), I will be...but it's still tempting.
