So . . . I'm in love with Aibaby's drama theme song (the first half of the title of this post are translated lyrics from it). It's too bad no one really talks about it! I'm in love with it. (ﾉ´▽｀)ﾉ♪
I've also taken to calling this drama MikeHolmes as a nickname of sorts. Now if only Aiba-chan would call it that and mention it during one of their variety programs . . . ♡＾▽＾♡
Ahem. Anyway, as you can already tell, I was able to watch the first episode (with English subs, yay!) and it was a lot better than I expected. Aiba-chan isn't the best actor ever, but I don't mind it. (And because of this drama, I now realize how gorgeous his lips really are. Like, I've always thought they were sexy, but I noticed . . . He has really sexy - like, EXTREMELY SEXY - lips. AND I LOVE IT. They're also perfect for a certain sexual activity . . . （〃・・〃） )
So I thought this drama would be more like Sho-chan's NazoDi (Kageyama solving all of Reiko-chan's cases instead of her growing as a person), but I was pleasantly surprised; Katayama-kun (Aiba's character) was actually able to solve it with small hints from Holmes instead. It makes me happy. AND HE CAN NOW STEP WITHIN 45 centimeters of a woman, so his gynophobia is beginning to fade, at least! Now if only his fear of blood and heights would start to disappear, too . . . （⌒▽⌒ゞ
I TOTALLY CALLED IT BEING YUKIKO-SAN, THOUGH. （￣ー￣）
Right from the beginning I knew she was suspicious and then she had all of those fraudulent IDs on her. I just didn't know how she did it. BUT THEN IT WAS SOME CONSTRUCTION DUDE WITH HIS CRANE. I see why she did it, but that's no excuse for murder. A shame, really. But now I see why people were shipping Becky and Aiba throughout the episode because, even though Yukiko-san is a criminal, she's also the one who help to start curing Yoshitaro's fear of women. （＞ω＜）
Now to just get ahold of Oh-chan's drama (preferably with subs) . . .
