My computer is directly in front of a window. I have it wide open and am enjoying the thunder and rain. So peaceful. I have a ten hour recording of thunder and rain storms to help me sleep that I use sometimes but this is better. The real stuff ( Read more... )

Just a little while ago we were having the same weather you had earlier. We had gone out to buy some stuff and were driving back in the blackest downpour I've ever seen. It was kind of scary...but it's passed now and another round may come in later today.

I hope your fnger was just reacting to the weather!

Puppies like that are the cutest thing ever...those two breeds blend well...little balls of fluff with the the most darling faces!

Some of the thunder wasn't so peaceful but I enjoyed listening to it. I doubt I would have wanted to drive in it though!

I learned I was wrong and the puppy is 6 weeks old not 8. They took him to the vet yesterday and he couldn't get all his shots yet. Too young. He uses his pee pads like a champ and eats his food nicely so I guess it's ok he left his Mom so early. Donna he is the softest, sweetest little guy! I have a serious crush on him :)

Sometimes you have to pick and choose your battles with your body LOL!! My plan is sort of working. Still swollen but less pain.

Oh boy, puppy breath!! I love puppies, but never want another one! I have had only one puppy in 40+ years. Out last poodle we got in Las Vegas from a breeder and he was 4.5 months old, so not tiny.

I love my adult dogs!

However, I would watch one for someone else.

Puppy feet smell like Fritos LOL!!! All baby animals are a lot of work. I never had to do any of it when we got our dog because I was only 3 years old but I can imagine that puppies are as much work as kittens. It's all worth it but sometimes it's nice to just be able to visit with a baby and then go home LOL!
