If you didn't have an envelope...and needed to mail something..in a standard, business-sized envelope...and you were on a college campus...where do you think you'd go to purchase said envelopes?
Campus bookstore. Right. Well, if they didn't have it, where's your next stop?

Apparently, neither of those places sells envelopes. The bookstore sells the manilla ones. But not normal ones.
