Me? Get mad at you? Completely out of the question. :-)
Paul definitely has great insights to human behavior (especially in light of the "everything is permissable, not not everything is good, etc..").
I guess in light of the indecency of acts -- exactly why were they indecent? My inclination would be to say because it's a way of exploiting the other individual and victimizing them in a very unloving and unstable way.
Taking God outside of time...hmmm. If God never changes...certainly humans do. And that would imply that our understanding of who God is changes. I think if we got the full picture our heads would explode...and as cool as some might find it...anyway... I guess what I'm trying to say is that the understanding of the relationship between God and humans has been dynamic and we've come to understand God in a very different way than ancient Israel.
The laws may not "change" per se, but Jesus does certainly does carry with him a message that emphasizes large chunks of Deuteronomic law. Yet he also told people to repent of thier sin in very specific situations.
Heh, now I feel like I'm rambling...I guess this is all to say that in a big way, I feel like I'm in a quandary with all of this stuff.
