2000 / 2000 words. 100% done!
Yes, it did land at exactly the 2k I planned for, with no effort from me. *Mind Boggles* (I do owe partial credit for that to emmademarais, who has written so many stories by now that she knows how many words to devote to the setup and the epilogue/ending, so that the all the rest is middle.
There's still a lot of work to be done to get this baby ready for prime time, but all the dots are connected.
