I'm at my bestest friend's house and we went to the Mall earlier because I wanted my ears pierced. Again. So now I have 5, count'em FIVE, holes in my ears. [happy noises!]
And also went to Forever 21 and I spent my gift card at Victoria's Secret and bought a very cute top. No bras because, srsly, bras should not cost $50. Just, no.
I am currently reading a book by Stephen Fry (he of the "Jeeves and Wooster" fame with Hugh Laurie) called "Making History". Firstly, I would have read it anyway because, hi, Stephen Fry who is awesome, and also, with a degree in history, I think I might be contractually obligated to read any book with history in the title. However, this book is amazing and not just because of the way it goes from basic prose to film script to prose again. No, the reason that this book is amazing is that it takes the (what my dad calls) MacGuffin of "what if Hitler was never born" and makes it real. The first part of the book was in modern day normal Cambridge, England and than transfers the main character to Princeton in America. This is very nearly impossible because the character remains England but somehow the author makes it work.
Go. Read. Enjoy.
