So Read a Book!

That's what I telling all my friends who are complaining about the Writer's Strike. I stopped watching reality television because, first of all, its stupid, and second, its fake. I don't mind not having new TV. I have Netflix, which I just updated. And lots of DVDs and fanfiction. I'm good.

In the meantime.

My stepmother's father is in the hospital, however, he is getting better.

My gramma's sister, Peggy, passed away yesterday. It would of been her birthday today and when I went to lunch with Gramma today, she was so sad.

Social Life: No Comment. Seriously, I don't want to talk about it.

My job has good weeks and bad weeks. Last week I applied to about 15 jobs online, however no one has called back or sent an e-mail. This week is a better week, and today my boss pulled me aside and encouraged me to start working more overtime. For about two weeks in a row, I worked only 40 hours. Which apparently is not good enough. Tonight I worked until 6 so there's at least one more hour. Other than that, there's good days and bad days.

As I told my mom, having a best friend is more important to me than having a significant other. My best friend Leah is literally one the most important people in my life. She probably won't read this because she has a MySpace but I just wanted it to be out there.

In conclusion, Support the Writer's Guild of America. And remember, the Directors and Actor's Guilds contracts expire Jun 30th. What will Hollywood do without writers, directors and actors?
