I walked a short 2 miles on Saturday. which is funny really because not that long ago that would have been a long walk for me.
I haven't lost much weight, but realized my pants were loose the other day. I got on the scale and the one I have measures body fat to and my percentage of body fat has gone down 2%. Very exciting. I'm gaining muscle! Yippie.
I've got lots of walking planned for the weekend. Seriously, my friend Kat is going to kill me...you need to be a personal trainer Kat!! :)
I'm looking forward to more walking!
