I vote Bubbles. It looks like she does when someone takes Octy away from her.

It also, kinda resembles Mojo Jojo.

Dude-- good call! It TOTALLY looks like Bubbles when she hit her head and thought she was Mojo Jojo, and he got all insulted about the way she was imitating his speech! Heeheeheehee!
