Today for lunch, I made the kids Lunchbox Quesadillas. They hate new things, but I get tired of making the same crap for lunch every day. So I made them try it. And they loved them!
Take a flour tortilla and spread peanut butter on one half of it. Place sliced bananas on the peanut butter. Sprinkle some chocolate chips over this spread. Fold it over into a half-moon shape. Spray a skillet with Pam and warm your quesadilla over medium heat until the chocolate chips have melted. Cut into quarters and serve.
Yummy! Plus, it takes care of a grain, a protein, and a fruit in one shot!
