I Feel Loved!
Well, I haven't updated in awhile.. so I figure I should now. But then again, what's the point... no one reads it anyways lol! But sometimes it's just nice to be able to express how I feel.... to a computer LOL!!! So I'm going to do it now... okay... well now please people comment on my damn journal, I'd be very happy!!! It's just the thought that counts okie dokie?
So, to my subject heading. As most of you know, Scott applied to Florida Gulf Coast Universtiy in Fort Meyers, Florida. It took a long time to find out whether or not he had been accepted to the Universtiy... due to conflicts at MTZ getting his transcripts sent to the RIGHT school and so on and so on.... yay for being prompt LOL! That's High School for ya.. anyways... He finally found out the news about his acceptance status. We'll get to that in a bit. So, like I said back to my subject... one day he was talking to my best friend, Jenny, online. He told Jenny that he and my sister, Mary, were going to be going out to Kish (the community college where we met) and sign up for their classes. Jenny was shocked and asked him when he decided he wasn't going to go to FGCU. Scott replied, in these exact words, "I decided I wasn't going to go when I fell in love with Melissa"... now if that's not sweet, I don't know what is. I tell you, I sure found a perfect guy. (Most of the time) :) hehe~! Yay for falling in love!!! It's one of the greatest feelings in the world.. ;) Haha I like my change in colors.. I'm a dork..!!! Anyways... so a few days after this convo with Jenny, Scott got the acceptance letter in the mail... saying that he was accepted to the school... I am so happy that he got accepted, and just because he's not going this year... doesn't mean he won't be going next year... we are both planning on transferring out there next year together. I will be finishing my last year getting my Bachelor's degree in Finance and he will basically be starting his Junior year (hopefully)!
Okay, new subject... now for Disney!!! The countdown is still on... 4 weeks left until we are in the air to Good old Florida... Disney here we come!!! I hope they are ready for us :) It's probably going to be soo hot, but we will make the best for it.. swass and all <-- that one is for you Scottie!!! Well.. I think this update is long enough, now it is time for me to go spend some dear time with Scott.
I hope you all have a great 4th of July and don't party too hard!!! Remember, Freedom is not Free and remember all of our fallen soldiers and their families... after all the 4th of July is one holiday that has a lot of meaning behind it for our whole Country and everyone that lives in it. Thank you Dustin for serving our country and fighting for our Freedom!
