don't you just love holiday shopping? the stores are all decorated, the sales help are falling all over themselves to sell you their wares, and if you happen to buy a gift or three for yourself, who's to know? not to mention free gift wrap services. it's just the perfect pick-me-up to end a stressful finals week.

even our comparatively tiny mall has interesting things for sale... like the pearls i'm after just now. maybe i'll even post pictures later, if i'm feeling like sharing more details.
