another day, another boring lecture class. oh well, at least i discovered that everyone else has dismal attendance too - they can't fail all of us! (oh wait, they can. haha.) best not to care at all. :)
i continue to adore the gingerbread latte. i'm glad it didn't go the way of the... well, i can't remember any drinks i've liked that they killed, but i'm glad it has hung around for a while. the peppermint mocha is also decent, and the frap incarnation tastes like a damn york peppermint patty (with about ten times more calories, i bet). and my starbucks is pretty much immune to the customers who have no duck-strangling idea what they want, which is always a bonus - not that i'm in a hurry, but i hate slow-moving lines.
i've come to the conclusion that all most anthropology classes can (and should, for the benefit of the unwary) be subtitled 'western culture sucks.' i am not able to be swayed from my opinions there, which are... the opposite, but if you keep in mind that they think civilization is awful you can always get a good grade. haha.
