Current Ongoings...
Last night seems to have been a choice night for hockey...Carolina, Pens, and Avs all won!!! And they didn't just win, they kicked ass...So that's pretty exciting...
So on Friday I went out and got Guitar Hero 3 and Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80's...It is now the current obsession...And thanks to the 80's version, I now walk around singing, "The Warrior," by Patti Smith and the Vandals and, "Heat of the Moment," by Asia...Eventually, we'll get Guitar Hero and Guitar Hero 2...
Saturday we went to see Spamalot...It was REALLY good...I got both myself and
evwan cool show t-shirts...I'm thinking of ordering the soundtrack, cause it was just that good...What was not good was our surrounding theater mates...Poor
bec29 had to sit next to some lady with the most annoying laugh on the planet...And
evwan and I had to sit in front of the LOUDEST guy on the planet...Seriously, this man's laugh and voice just carried...Him and another guy proceeded to have a pompous conversation during intermission on how only they were true Monty Python fans...Which was sad, hilarious, and un-true...At the end of the show, they have a huge sing-a-long of, "Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life," which loud guy didn't know any of the words to...Seeing as how he claimed to be the biggest fan in the Morrison, was really freakin' funny to hear him stumble and fade out during the verses and then boom on in for the chorus...
I woke up in an AWESOME mood yesterday...Which as we all know is a true rarity for me...I managed to keep the good time feelin' going all day...I'm hoping I can ride the awesome mood for today as well...
Not much going on at work...Really slow and quiet for us like last week...This may deter me from having the awesome day I was hoping for today...But I'm going to make the effort for it to not...
I love that the sun is rising on my way to work...Makes my morning less creepy...Although I was weirded out last night when it was dark at like 6...
Thanksgiving is approaching, as is Christmas...YAY!!! Gotta work more on my Christmas shopping lists and work and getting 3 of my gifts put together...
Gonna get to work...I'm just gonna try and work REALLY slowly...
