Greenway Parkway Cocktails
Thursday Blair, Kate, this friend of Kate's (Patrick), and I went to the Surrealist exhibit at the Phoenix Art Museum. It was really interesting and made me wish I was filthy rich so I could buy some more art...and a huge house. After the museum we went to this bar that's in our hood called Greenway Parkway Cocktails. The important thing about this bar is that it has shuffleboard. What a game.
Last night they all came over and we drank and played board games. We also came up with a brilliant idea. Every week we are going to have a movie night, but we are going to dress "old-timey", drink port, and watch old (before 1965) movies. Maybe not "brilliant" per se but fun nonetheless. We also want to go skating at skateland. And maybe to a water park.
Alysia and I might hang out tonight, but I'm not sure. I don't know the friends she will be with tonight and it is a set of twins' birthday. But, I want to hang out with her so I might go along anyway.
I need a job. It sucks looking for a job.
