New law in Arizona say you haz to stop people and talk to them. Of course you wantz to stop. You don’t haz to be mean about it. You just walk between their feet and say “o hai. U haz treets?” You do it casual, so they think u just passing through. They more likely to give you treets if they think ur not looking for them.

Anyway, law also say you stopz people under “reasonable suspicion.” That dumb. You should stop everybody. You never know who haz treets. Meanest-looking mans evar might say “o hai, kitteh. U pretty. I haz no treets, but I gives u skritches,” and you say “OK,” and then you get skritches, and that almost as good as treets.
Meanwhile, nice-looking lady might say “You go way, kitteh! You chasez birds!” Of course Tika chase. What Tika s'posed to do? Say “o hai, birdie. u pretty.” That dumb. What happen then? Birdie say “o thankz, kitteh. Here’s a treet.” Birdies are treets. WHY YOU HAVE BIRD-ATTRACTOR IN UR YARD IF YOU NO WANT TIKA CHASE?
