My Darling, My Blood

Today was an intense day.

I took two movie breaks today in between homework. The first movie was "The Butterfly Effect" and that was so not what I expected. I expected Ashton Kutcher running around being an asshole. He was actually the best part of that movie [Although it's no contest when child molestation and burning animals alive are the competition]. The way how changing his memories affected his love interest reminded me of "Forest Gump". The ending really got me too. The only way for her and her family to live a happy life was to live without knowing him.

Then I just watched "Million Dollar Baby" which was heart-wrenching and beautiful. Usually Clint Eastwood movies make me go "Geez, people only say it's good because everyone wants to kiss his wrinkly old ass". No offense to Clint...he is an amazing actor [so is Morgan Freeman!]. The best movies are the ones you remember, where they make you cry until no sobs are left or where they make you laugh until you feel like your going to throw up. This movie was the former...and I will remember it because not many movies make me cry like that. The only other movies I can think of at the moment are animal movies like "Homeward Bound" [who decided that was a good plot?!? To torture animals?] and "Old Yeller". Here Yeller, come back Yeller...best gosh darn dog in the west.

So yes. Now to put me in a less..."upsety" mood, I'm going to go watch "Jackass: The Movie"...who doesn't like seeing Steve-o get hurt or homosexual undertones? [Come on, Dunn puts a toy car up his ass...it's only a matter of time until one is dared to have butt sex]

Also, I command everyone listen to Oasis. Especially this song.

Jackass, ho!
