Soooo.....
PROM WAS AWESOME!! I had so much fun this year - more than last year even. Everyone looked sooo great! Alecia reached perfection with polka dots and eBay just further ensured he preciousness in her turquoise tea-length dress. Erin was soooo pretty! That dress just did her justice! And Peters and Jake looked really good too! What can I say Alecia, our boys clean up great! haha
Everything was right with this year's prom. Aside from my initial shock at my hair that didnt turn out exactly as planned and my necklace that broke just before pictures, it all went perfectly. I had shoes that were just tall enough and that I could walk in, an awesome dress, Ruth did a great job on my makeup, and a great time wiht my date. I finally got to see his club-like persona, and it was interesting, funny, and really cool. He is definitely blacker than I am [lol] but it's all good. Leadouts [and my little speech prior to] were great! We were the 3rd couple to be announced and it was nice to have it over with so quickly. Eve 6 Here's to the Night was a perfect song for the occasion, and it was just definitely a night I won't forget for a long time!
Pictures at ASF with Alecia, Peters, and Amanda [and all the parents] were kinda fun, even tho my mom was actin all paparazzi-ish with her camara (but that's just cuz I hate takin pics I think haha). Who knows? ASF was just so pretty! Yay for a great time!
After prom Jakey and I went to Wendy's to grab a bite to eat. We decided to head back home, change clothes and eat before going back out - we just didn't make it that far. We ended up watchin Dirty Dancing and falling asleep, but it was all good. I wouldn't have had it any other way! Alecia's surprise for Peters [the picnic] went very well, aside from the PoPo interruption. They were so cute when they were singing to each other at prom! Me and Jakey were watching them and couldn't help but smile! Yay again! haha

*Funny things from last nite*
1. taking pictures with Shaun and Bozo beforehand, whom were both drunk
2. tellin Alecia she was a polka dot bride (b/c I was holdin the train on her dress)
3. possibly switchin cameras with Alecia at prom (Steph's hands got mixed up)
4. Amy's camo ribbon on her corsage (it was so cute! i want camo ribbon! haha)
5. watchin Peters bust a move
