Writer's Block: Scaredy cat

It's not really an animal, but any kind of bug/arachnid -- roaches, beetles, spiders, centipedes, all of them.  They freeze up my chest and my breathing quickens.  i know sensibly they can't hurt me, that i'm much larger, but the fear is overwhelming.  ive gotten better about it in that i don't scream and panic, but i also need someone to come and get rid of it.

Why? i'm unsure.  It defies reason, but even DEAD bugs scare me.
