subletting room in the Newton Highlands
hey guys, I just thought I would try posting this here as well to give you all on opertuity at it
um I am moving back on campus and I need to sublet my room for next semester

In Newton Highlands, a five minute walk to the D green line. A nicehouse behind a pub, we have the first floor and somone lives upstairs. It's a two and a half bedroom place, although the half bedroom has been turned into a study. There is one bathroom with a shower/tub and a full kitchen. The basement below offers minimal storage. Room is decent size. Parking included for one car in the driveway in addition to the one currently here. Current residents have one car that goes in and out of the driveway daily. Currently have wireless internet and cable tv (obviously extra costs)
Looking for gay friendly tenant, as a lesbian couple currently lives here. Preferably looking for a student as the girls have late hours because of school. No pets as they are not alloud. Looking for someone to move in either Jan 1 or Feb 1, the lease on the place runs through till May 1st.
