Stupid Runner
I've been craving a Starbucks Cafe Mocha for like 3 days now. So I was happy when I got to my meeting tonight early and had time to go to the Starbucks across the street and get one. My friend and I are walking from Starbucks to the meeting place... literally like a block... and as I'm about to go to the door to go inside this random running bitch (as I've now named her) runs into me and knocks my drink out of my hand, spilling it all over the sidewalk, my jeans and my hand/sleeve. Not only does she not stop or apologize, she doesn't even flinch and keeps on running. (I'm pretty sure I yelled out something about her being a rude bitch. Seriously.) I hadn't even had one sip of the drink because it was hot and I was waiting until I got inside. So there I was, covered in coffee, out $3.50 and still craving my mocha, wondering what kind of a world we live in where you run into someone (and spill coffee all over them) and can't even bother to turn your head around and apologize. Seriously.
