Extremely interesting sociolinguistic digression

I think people (like me) who view sex as primarily an exercise of love and intimacy (rather than 'a fun thing to do,' as Robert Wexler said about...various things...on The Colbert Report) should reclaim the verb 'to fuck,' which is one of the most useful and oldest surviving English words. I recommend we have it stop meaning 'to have sex outside of an intimate relationship for little to know reason' and make it mean, instead, merely 'to make love--HAWTLY.' That is in any case how I've been using it for a while now.
