Good, passable day today. Ate breakfast with DNA Andrew once again as custom dictates, enjoyed his company. We talked about the theory that birds evolved from dinosaurs, which is highly interesting. I wrote a letter to Mom and Dad after getting my packages from the posstal office. Gamma and John sent me a clock with a picture of Kacey and I in it from last year's ski trip. It's nice to think about Squirt, I talk aout her even here. It's seen as cute here, not repetitive. Mom and Dad sent me two disposable cameras, which are awesome. Totally abused them in class today. Need to take a picture of DNA Andrew and the guys downstairs too. And a picture of Barb, who is awesome. I like how Jacqui and I have light chemistry, just enough to make things comfortable and easy between us. She had an awesome blazer on today, it was super keen (ha Carroll!) I'm writing Kacey a letter tomorrow during or after breakfast with DNA Andew. I like our custom. It wakes us both up. Yeah, I wished he liked me like I like him, but I like us being close friends better. Fucking our friendship up isn't worth it. ::laughs:: He doesn't like me like that, I think. He's very nice and surprisingly attractive. I'm too coarse, tthat's my problem. I need to soften, become more gentle. Maybe then I'll be more appealing. I've met a guy who I'm very similar too, though he's quieter. His name's David and we're both fashion savants, newfound fans of Joe Trippi (Howard Dean's Campaign Manager), have very pretty and shiny hair, possess dashingly dark good looks, knowledgable, charming, and are total peacocks in our respective genders. It's really strange. I like him though, he's cool. It's funny my friend Sarah like him though. Fwaha, if I were a boy she'd like me! Pretty funny. Class was good, we talked about trhe splitting of postwar liberalism in the US in the 1960s. The SDS was odd and somewhat fucked up, but it DID produce the feminist movement, which is all that matters ^.~. I mean, communal sex and rape? Erm, bad SDS splinter groups.
Howard Dean's campaign manager Joe Trippi came here to give a lecture to us students about the political potential of the Internet. In 4 DAYS, they raised $1 million for the Dean campaign. FOUR DAYS!!! Yet they raised the millin dollars over the internet by donations $100 dollars and under. No tax money for their campaign, purely contributions. They completely revolutionized the internet for political campaigns for donations and reached the millions of americans who utilize computers. Hell, they reached even the computerless latinos in Texas! And Howard Dean was gay! It was an inspiring lecture, Mr. Trippi got so worked up over the two parties' ignorance of the minorities' and people's needs in America and their stiff allegiances to big corporations that he said that if they didn't start working for the people, he'd make a third party! His passion was amazing, and he had incredible stage presence. AND I GOT TO TALK TO HIM AND SHAKE HIS HAND! I was the first one to ask him a question too! It was so cool!
By the way, if you received a letter from me, write back please! I love you and your mail!
