Venting....
Right now I am so pissed off. Just found out about the court descision about gay marriage a couple hours ago and I am speechless. How could people be so stupid to deny people rights? Especially people who love each other. It makes me feel bad that in my relationship I can and am getting legally married. I almost feel guilty because my friends deserve it too. Just because they love someone of the same sex, it automatically makes them second class citizens. I just don't know how people can justify this. Focus on the Family my ass. This is tearing families apart. Just because someone has two mommies or two daddies they aren't allowed to be a legal family unit. As it is homosexuals are having problems adopting. I just don't know what the problem is. If Britney Spears can get married for 55 hours why can't a couple that has been together for 20 years. The sanctity of marriage is what you make it. Divorce is so rampant and serial remarriage is still prevelant. But the Christian Right has to get into it and say that gays are recruting. Separation of church and state...ever heard of it? GRRRRRRR. I just can't even put into words how I feel right now...We will continue the fight and we will win once people can get it into their pea sized conservative Christian brains that they are not being Christian at all. Doesn't the Bible say to love thy neighbor as thyself? Great Job on that Chritian Right.....
