Washing Machine Swap or Sell?

At the end of the month I am moving into a smaller apartment then the one I am currently in (but it has a back yard for my dog!) So I am trying to downsize. The laundry in the new apartment is not big enough for a washer and dryer so I am hoping one of you have a front loading machine (In good working order) and would like to swap for my fisher & paykel top loading machine (in perfect working order) Or wants to buy my top loader at the end of the month and I will buy a new front loader as I can stack the dryer on top of the washer this way!
