Friend looking for a house
My friend has recently moved up to the city from sticks-ville and has been couchsurfing for a few months. She is sick of it and is looking for a room to rent.
About her:
Her name is Tiffany, she's short and loves animals, she works at West Brunswick Vet Clinic so would like a place near there, easily accessable by tram or train. Her max weekly budget is $120. She's very nice, quiet and polite. She loves ice skating, going out, is fake vegetarian (eats chicken and fish only), she can be a bit naieve at times but she means well.
Basically, she can pay, stay out of your way and help around the house, she's only small so won't get in the way and she likes to go out and have a few drinks but isn't a party monster or anything.
I've already sent her links to all the appropriate posts in the comm i've seen and she's been browsing gumtree for about a month. Are there any other good sites I could recommend to her?
