tattoo ?

HALP ME :)
I am getting a tattoo done soon overseas which is awesome. Ive done all my reasearch on hygenic places etc and i am pretty happy with the parlour i have found. Anyways - my issue is that i want to get an awesome tatt done however i dont want to have them draw it for me - im scared that maybe language barriers might fuck it up or ill end up dissapointed.
Pretty much i want to take the nearly finished design from here over to them and i would like them to do the rest.
Where can i find someone to draw me up the design????
I know i could go into a tattoo parlour - but are they able to draw you a picture to take to someone else? Or will they only do it if u are getting the tattoo done in the shop?
Does anyone know any tattoo artists or are any of you great at drawing and want to make some easy $$ ?
Ill be willing to pay for the finished design that i am happy with.
I know there may be some logical right in front of my eyes answer but i dont know it right at this moment so please help!

Also - has anyone had their thigh done? Im getting mine on the side of my right thigh and i figured because its much more meaty it wouldnt hurt as much lol
