Shopping!
Rules needed to know. Never go shopping with father and brother!!
You're probably thinking, what? Why would you even consider...well for starters; the reason for shopping.
I was picking out clothes for a job interview. I don't know why cause I think my clothes are fine. But both my brother and father said that my clothes aren't fit for an interview. Who'd a thunk. Anyway, I don't want to tell my mom about the interview cause I want to suprise her when I hopefully get the job. I've tried so many places and failed to get a reponse from either, that I can tell it's bothering my mom. So I decided if I don't get it...she'll never know...If I do...She'll be happy. :) So while she was out today, my brother and father decided they'd help me. Big mistake. I thought it'd be easy, you know they'd just look at what I'd pick out and say "Whatever" or something. But nooooo, they have to be those kind to say, "no that's not what you'd wear for an interview, try this." They pick the fancy expensive stuff. Plus what made it worse was, my brother, although he picks nice stuff, I could tell he was really embarassed to shop with me. I mean he kept mumbling this to himself. "At least when I shop with my wife, I'll know what to do, At least when I shop with my wife, I'll know what to do." God could he be anymore embarassing. I know he was trying, but why couldn't he be one of those brothers who just says, "Yea that looks nice." or "Whatever, just pick something that you think is right."
So then I go to my dad to see what he could bring and well...he picked a really cute outfit, wouldn't mind wearing it. But one problem...he raised me to save money. So once I saw the price I went all wide-eyed and couldn't get it. I just couldn't even though he said it didn't matter right now, he was proud of me and wanted me to look good for the interview, but I couldn't it was way! to much money for my taste. It was the kind of $ that I thought I wouldn't wear until I go to LA and get a job, for a career. Well finally my brother was getting fed up, because we all were embarassed in some way. So he dialed my Aunt and she helped out on the phone, telling me oh yea you shouldn't go with guy's, they only just say, "That looks nice." or "Whatever." I told her I wish. and She laughed. then I told her what happened and she felt bad for me. So she said she'd help tomorrow. but still A new rule added to my list,
