SO AMAZING!
Basically, UF is amazing.
Period.
Relay for Life at the O'Dome was THE greatest ever. CKI did an amazing job with out Price is Right theme! We won best campsite and raised SOOOO much money(the others were jealous). Everyone actually walked on the track the entire time and did all of the crazy things we were asked to do.
Its wonderful to participate in such a great event with the best people who really have the same goal in mind--kicking cancer's bootay.
I would say one of the many highlights was watching our basketball team BEAT Georgetown to advance to the
ELITE EIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though we were Relaying our hearts out, people were watching the Tv's as they jogged past, or using the wireless connections on our laptops to get the game online.
The game was so close throughout that tons of us congregated by the TV's they had set up around the track.
In the final two minutes we all banded arms to channel our Gator spirit and will our boys to a win. It was so funny how strangers all came together, locked arms, and screamed at the TV to witness a great moment.
We shouted Gator cheers and waited in anticipation together.
I can't wait to do this again next year!!!!
