I'm sorry 'botu your student loan...wish I could help. For whatever it's worth, it's not UAF's fault, exactly...every loan place in the world does that. :-P
As to the coke thing, is it your goal to drink less/wean yourself? If so, you might consider buying the REALLY cheap coke from Sam's or something (Sam's Choice or some simular imitation brand). It'll save you loads of money, and it'll give you caffine when you need it, and it may taste bad enough you might find yourself drinking less. You just have to resolve not to drink any coke except that stuff. :-3

Don't worry about it; I just discovered thirty bucks in my other bank account, so I can eat for another couple weeks at least. I'm *trying* to get myself off of caffeine entirely and onto bottled water. The problem with getting Sam's club coke is the fact that it takes three hours for me to get there and back and there's no way I'd manage to haul a 24 pack home from the bus stop at the SRC.

Yes, but at this point I'm going to spend money on nothing but Ramen. If my student loans don't come, which it now looks like they might not, I'm going to have to concentrate on keeping myself alive till my paycheck comes in a month or so.
