here's my day in the life (ditl) entry for this week. i'd been m.i.a. for a while.
After a few weeks in the hiatus, i finally manage to post this ditl. i'm always with you in spirit, but sometimes i don't make the time to edit and upload, and before you know it the week's over.
This week was different.
Due to a spectacular thunderstorm the night before, i start this day without electricity. For 10 hours.
The power finally came back on just before 5:00. And i got up and shot it because i'm like that.
i didn't get much sleep, but the new buds seem well-rested. Banana for breakfast because i'm already running late.
Put on my necklace and finally i'm ready and traffic mocks me! At least it's raining.
Work. One of my co-workers brought in his sweet 6-month old daughter, Samantha, and we all cooed at her for a while. She was a bit cranky until she saw the camera. Instant smile!
On Fridays i sneak in some music when things are slow. It stopped raining for a second, so let's go out for a cigarette. Crap, they're working on the floors. Come on, let's sneak out the back way ...
OK, now shrink yourself down and crawl through this pipe ... careful of the spider webs ...
... and here we are outside.
Just a little while later, it's raining and it's pouring. It's a good day for it. i love the rain.

Now i'm standing on a grate by the parking lot. Hi.
After that, there's not much to tell. i get home and spend the rest of the night freaking out and messing around, on and off the computer, getting nothing accomplished. Boo.
Until i'm too tired to deal. Good night darlings!
