Well, an inauspicious beginning to the New Year for me...
Someone broke into my car overnight and stole my iPod and my portable DVD player, with my kid's DVD inside it.
Really....to me, thieves are the lowest of the low. It was obviously for my baby, because the DVD player is hung right in front of her car seat, with her little blanket on it. Honestly, people. Low.
But it could have been worse, so I'm just chalking it up to bad luck for now. I can live without both those things. Not well, but I can live without.
