The Japanese are not the kind of people to claim they have the biggest anything, but they do. It's called Tsukiji: the biggest fish market in the world. Not to miss when in Tokyo!





We got up at 3am on a Saturday to attend the tuna auction. Well worth the effort.





This is not an IKEA plant, they are cutting the tuna with an electric saw.







Of course, we sampled some, on the spot, with just a dash of wasabi and soy sauce. It melts...
