So after going through the entire yellow pages and calling each and every car rental place listed, I finally found one place that would rent me a car without a credit card.
Let me just tell you the place is an absolute HOLE. If you can imagine the dirtiest John Deere hicks wearing wife beaters with dusty belly sweatmarks and pit stains.... this is what i encountered. i will talk more about this back at the hotel. peace.
