pros and cons of starting the new job at central baptist vs. staying at samaritan
pros of samaritan
-easy
-pays for school up front
-love my co-workers (for the most part)
-did i mention easy???
-I'll be elligible to transfer to another department in feb/march if im still unhappy.
cons of staying at samaritan
-boring as hell
-wont get my terminal vacation pay that would pay off my living room suit
pros of central baptist
- good work environment
- stroke unit
cons of central baptist
-dress code (blue only)
-tutition reimbursement (meaning, i pay first, then they pay me back)
-dont know anyone (ok, this may sound stupid to most of you, but i have severe social anxiety. i'm just now making friends at samaritan and have been there for like 4 months)
-hard going through orientation and trying to go to school.
it looks like the best decision may be to stay where i'm at and see what else comes along.
