I'm bored, so I thought I'd take the time to promote some of the super-cool communities I belong to. First up is tww_minis.
Every month there's a mini ficathon for one of the characters on The West Wing. First there's a poll to choose the character, then people sign up, and have until the end of the month to write a fic based on the request they receive. Why is this cool? Because it's not always the main characters that get picked, which means we get to read about some of the smaller but equally awesome characters.
